Site Improvements, including replacement of portions of existing parking lot and driveway asphalt surface and base structure; concrete walk, curbs, and gutter replacements with related landscaping repairs; replacement of existing concrete retaining wall with new modular block retaining wall with new subsurface drainage system; and replacement of chain link fence with new chain link fence and concrete mow strip.
